Using Power BI, it converts raw HR data into clear and interactive visual insights, highlighting key indicators such as employee age, job role, salary, work experience, job satisfaction, and performance rating.

Organizations face difficulty understanding why employees leave because HR data is scattered and not analyzed properly.
